According to Diabetes New Zealand, Exercise and healthy lifestyle are essential in controlling your diabetes, preventing any further risks to your eyesight, foot health and organ health. What you should be doing changes depending on your specific requirements.

Our ‘Control My Glucose’ programme helps you gain control through education, building a regular exercise routine, and healthy lifestyle coaching.
