Our clinical exercise physiologists provide comprehensive Exercise and Wellness programme to help you recover from illness, manage symptoms of or delay the progression of long term health conditions, or treat chronic pain/injury. Your programme will be tailored to you and your specific health needs and goals. They are scientifically designed to enhance physical function by improving fitness, overall body strength, mobility and balance, and teach you how you can exercise safely and effectively for your health.

Your programme can be targeted towards:

Preventative Health - to preserve or enhance your fitness and well-being

Health Rehabilitation - to help you restore your health and manage long term health conditions

Chronic pain/injury Rehabilitation - to help you manage and overcome pain or loss of mobility, so you can get on with life.

Small Group Exercise Training

Join our small group clinic trainings and complete your own individualised programme, while exercising along side 2-3 other people.

Includes checks on health measures e.g. heart rate, blood pressure etc before, during and after each session. Your exercise programme will be progressed overtime as you improve.

Clinic trainings are at specific times during the week. We recommend 2-3 sessions per week. Minimum requirement is once a week.

Private Exercise Training

Don't want to share us? Exercise with just you and your clinical exercise physiologist. This is a great option if you would like extra support during your programme.

This option includes FREE healthy lifestyle coaching - diet/nutrition, stress management, sleep, hydration etc.

We recommend seeing us twice a week, however frequencies can range from once a fortnight to 2-3 times per week.

Who should see a clinical exercise physiologist?

 Our programmes are for people of all ages who want to feel better, improve their health, and/or prevent or manage health conditions and their symptoms.

 

A clinical exercise physiologist (CEP) is an allied health professional who specialises in clinical exercise testing, as well as exercise, lifestyle and behavioural modification programmes. These aim to help you with the prevention, management or rehabilitation of chronic conditions and injuries.

CEPs use exercise to help manage and rehabilitate the following conditions:

- Asthma & Other Respiratory Conditions

- Cancer

- Neurological Conditions

- Diabetes (Type 1 & 2)

-  Metabolic Syndrome

- Mental health conditions e.g. anxiety, depression, psychosis, schizophrenia 

- Heart Disease & Other Cardiac Conditions

- Autoimmune Disorders

- Chronic Fatigue

- Chronic Pain/Injury

- Arthritis including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid

- Pregnancy and postnatal
